Position Title: Employee Relations Supervisor
Business Division: Human Resources

Primary Purpose of the Job:

  • Carries out various activities related to the administration and implementation of the corporation's employee relations policies and procedures.
  • Participates in various meeting related to medical cases, reinstatement cases, exit interviews upon resignation or termination, career shift cases, grievance and complaints, disputes, pension and redundancy matters.


  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Public Administrations, Human Resource Management or a related field.

Experience & Skills:

  • Minimum of 7 years experience in personnel administration/ employee relations including at least 3 year in oil & gas environment.
  • Multi-task oriented, excellent Arabic/English verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated patience, tact, and respect.
  • Ability to resolve conflicts and diffuse employee related issues, concerns, situations, etc.
  • Ability to work under high pressure.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft computer applications.
  • Proficiency with SAP application.
