Position Title: Senior Information Analyst
Business Division: Human Resources

Primary Purpose of the Job:

  • Provide end user support for SAP HCM modules, define, document and execute remodeling and enhancements of SAP business processes through analysis, planning, designing, building and delivering SAP solutions using SAP business configuration and development technologies related to the above SAP module.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Management / Computer Sciences or equivalent SAP Certification in Human Capital Management is preferred.

Experience & Skills:

  • A total of 10 years professional work experience that includes: a minimum of 5 years hands-on SAP implementation and support experience including at least 2 full life cycle implementation projects as a  Consultant for SAP HCM (including core HR modules) covering Business Process Design, Gap Analysis, Development, Testing and Training
  • Good experience and hands-on the main HR functions such as Recruitment, Personnel Administration, Employee Relations and/or Compensation Management.
  • Hands on experience in configuring and supporting SAP HR applications such as Personnel Administration, Organization management, Time management, Personnel Development, Payroll and TEM, Recruitment, ESS/MSS, e-recruiting, Compensation Management.
  • Very good experience in HR authorizations
  • Working experience in ECC6, e-Recruitment, ESS, MSS, Learning Solution and Manager’s Desktop would be an advantage.
  • Should possess excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written, as well as good interpersonal, presentation and documentation skills.
  • A proven self-starter and team player and be able to coordinate with other team members in completing assigned tasks.
