Position Title: ICT GRC Specialist
Business Division: Information and Communication Technology

Primary Purpose of the Job:

  • The ICT GRC Specialist actively participates in projects for implementation of various ICT controls for convergence of GRC (Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance) in the Corporate ICT Department.


  • Bachelors or Masters level degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or an appropriate/equivalent Engineering/Business field.
  • Related professional ICT certifications and/or experience, preferably in direct application to the Oil and Gas sector.

Experience & Skills:

  • A minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in an enterprise ICT environment, with at least 2 years of demonstrated ICT Governance and/or Strategy experience in an ICT enterprise organisation.
  • Strong experience in the implementation of GRC framework and architecture based on international certified standards and best practices and inline with organization business objectives.
  • Strong experience in implementing GRC related policies, procedures and controls to facilitate execution across the ICT organization.
  • Strong hands-on knowledge and experience in developing effective Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and Key Goal Indicators (KGI).
  • Strong experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS) and execution of related processes, policies and procedures.
  • In depth knowledge and extensive experience of Corporate GRC. Demonstrates a commitment to quality and continuous improvement. Operates under direction using mature judgment in planning and performing assignments and achieving defined objectives.
  • Demonstrated ability to participate effectively in a multi-cultural and multi-national workforce.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills with the ability to communicate concepts as appropriate to customers and contractors.
